Be Well Week

In celebration of Be Well Week, The Edge will be offering an exciting programme of free creative workshops and activities, centred around wellbeing.


We believe that creativity can play a huge role in self-care and relaxation, which is vital when navigating your studies. During this week you can make your own bullet journal, a creative fun way of managing your time and getting motivated, as well as take part in a poetry workshop influenced by our new exhibition and a fun dramatherapy workshop, which is sure to inspire!

Although these events are free for all students spaces are limited, so we would appreciate it if you could book in advance.

For Be Well Week, The Edge will be running a free Bullet Journaling workshop, where you can create your own colourful and personalised bullet journal to help with day to day motivation and organisation.

Arts Cafe
Pop by anytime between 2-4pm to co-create a poem with Beth, written in response to a warming conversation with you. Just follow the sound of her vintage typewriter and look out for the machine's bright yellow umbrella and bubble engine!

Beth will guide you through some steps to summon up a beautiful poem of your own. All are welcome, from complete beginners to well-versed writers.
