A class that focuses on longer yoga holds designed to lengthen fascia and muscle memory and calm the nervous system. Great for deeper work and supporting people under stress. This practice is followed by quiet relaxation and simple meditations which help to aid concentration and promote healthy sleeping patterns.

Annie has a joyful and open-minded approach to yoga qualifying in 2007 with the yoga alliance in India and specialising in Astanga, Vinyasa and creative sequencing. Her love of yoga began during travels around Asia in 2003 finding inspiration and a love of the collective art of yoga. She travels regulary to keep her studies fresh and has worked with many leading western and Indian teachers which has helped her develop her own style of flowing vinyasa yoga.
