Freshers' Carnival at The Edge

Join the Edge Arts as we celebrate Freshers’ Carnival Night in the Edge. The perfect way to prepare for the Carnival themed Freshers’ Party in Founders Hall later that evening and find out more about the Edge Arts and Arts for Students on Campus.

Come over to the Edge and have a Total Eclipse of the Head! Join Super Samba Parade and enjoy cocktails in our Arts Cafe, with music from DJ Adam Volsen. Get ready to party!

Edge Terrace: Total Eclipse of The Head is a salon with a difference. In our salon we create radical cuts and styles inspired by music, while you listen to your favourite playlist. Choose from The Kate Bush Bush, The 80’s Power Mullet Montage, or let us crimp you back to the 90’s. Please come in and have a chat, choose some music and have your hair done!

Ella Good and Nicki Kent are Bristol based artists and are members of artist-led space Residence. Total Eclipse of The Head has been presented in a variety of contexts, including Glastonbury Festival, Latitude, and The National Theatre.
