Designed to fit around a busy schedule our classes provide a chance to take time out, whether you’re looking to increase your motivation, flexibility, improve your fitness or move your mood.
Find your calm with yoga, life drawing, or combine fitness with dance in one of our more fast-paced sessions. If you fancy exercising your vocal cords instead, try our choir.
