How We Can Help You
The Edge can help your committee organise and produce events, projects and performances. Support is available in many areas – from marketing to box office, as well as limited additional funding opportunities. In the first instance, please contact the SU activities office SUactivities@bath.ac.uk to help you plan, book a venue in The Edge and point you in the right direction.

We can help to publicise your activities by including your events on this website.
You will need to choose/create an image for your event and also design flyers/posters/screens etc. When your flyer has been designed, you decide on the print. We recommend Instant-Print who are fast and cheap – get the heavier paper for a quality result.
Box Office & Ticket Sales
The Edge can sell tickets for your event. Typically, tickets for performances and events listed on our website will be sold through the The Edge Box Office.
It is vital that our Box Office staff have as much information about your play, concert or musical as possible. You will be asked to provide information such as suitability for children and whether it contains flashing lights or loud bangs.
It is important that we have your event information as soon as possible, to allow our team time to upload to our systems and also to give you the best chance of advertising your event and selling any tickets.
We recommend sending over a completed Event Schedule at the beginning of the term your event takes place. We cannot guarantee requests for Box Office support with less than 3 weeks notice.
For every show or event you must complete an Event Schedule and return it to the Edge Ops team as soon as possible. A template of an Event Schedule can be found here:
