Dance Fit is a high energy, empowering class that sets easy-to-follow dance routines to an uplifting variety of popular music. This class is guaranteed to work every muscle in your body, combining balance, flexibility, conditioning, and cardio. Most importantly, the class will put a smile on your face! The perfect start to your weekend.
All abilities and levels welcome.
Siobhain started fitness instruction after a change in career from teaching English. Teaching mambos and box steps instead of punctuation and Shakespeare is hugely satisfying, and it is a privilege to help others on their dance fitness journey – developing physical fitness, mental agility, and emotional wellbeing. Siobhain’s sessions include plenty of energetic, simply choreographed routines set to varied and engaging dance music and, most importantly, they are a lot of fun! Well known in the Bath area, Siobhain has taught dance fitness to children, teens, students, adults and seniors who love the feel-good workout and fantastic music choices.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear loose comfortable clothes and trainers (no black soles in the Dance Studio).
