Wellbeing Classes have moved online

In light of the current public health situation, it feels more important than ever for our Wellbeing Programme to continue. As the safety of our community is always our priority, we have decided to continue these classes online. We are offering these free until 17 April giving everyone an opportunity to try the classes before they go on sale.

Continuing with our usual timetable, you will be able to join our online classes using the Zoom app (free to download) from the comfort of your home.

We recommend attendees arrive a few minutes before the session begins, to allow for a prompt start.

Begin your morning with yoga, relaxing your mind and letting go of stress to leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day.

 


THE CLASS

A calming and balancing class that is both suitable for seasoned yogis as well as total beginners.

Release the stresses of the day with a gentle flow yoga class to balance your mind and body, leaving you free from tension. Working with pranayama (breathing exercises) flowing postures, and mindfulness to help leave you feeling balanced and revitalised. Leave the class feeling deeply relaxed. Based in Hatha Vinyasa, this gentle yoga flowing practice will connect you to your breath to help you calm your busy mind; whilst stretching and strengthening your body.

All abilities and levels welcome.

 

THE TUTOR
Christian Henwood is a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher who weaves his love of yoga flow with your breath, encouraging you to discover your full potential by unleashing your inner warrior. His approach to yoga is grounded in science, after studying a BSc (Hons) Applied Sports Science degree, and delivered with a confidence acquired while serving as a British Army Officer. His flowing practice is accessible to all and is heavily steeped in positive and motivational energy that is focused on developing your breath, whilst stretching and strengthening your body and mind.

 

WHAT TO WEAR
Wear loose comfortable clothes. Yoga is done in bare feet.
*Please bring a mat and something to wear/a blanket for the relaxation at the end. Limited mats will be available on the day.
