Yoga Flow

This yoga flowing practice will connect you to your breath to help you calm your busy mind; whilst stretching and strengthening your body. The practice is accessible to all levels, and will combine pranayama (breathing exercises), flowing postures, and mindfulness to help leave you feeling balanced and revitalised – the perfect way to start &/or finish your day!

*Please bring a mat and something to wear/a blanket for the relaxation at the end. Limited mats will be available on the day.
