THE CLASS
This relaxing and restorative practice uses the breath, movement, sound and meditation in order to open up the system step by step with awareness, allowing the release of tension in the mind and body.

THE TUTOR
Luke McSwiney is a breath coach & facilitator, bodyworker and sound therapist. He teaches everyday breathing exercises to maintain health, as well as facilitating deeper healing sessions designed to bring our bodily systems to equilibrium and to recover our natural brightness, peace and ease. Luke teaches group and one to one sessions in London and Bath.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear loose comfortable clothes, and socks or bare feet. Mats will be provided.
