Family Takeover

- Resource Room

Join artist educator Victoria Willmott in the Resource Room for a series of fun and informal creative activities that explore our current exhibitions or special themes. After a successful pilot in spring we are very happy to be able to provide regular free family activities for you to get creative together. Family takeovers happen every fortnight (see below for a list of dates) and are particularly suitable for children aged 4-12 years.

Families can drop-in to the Resource Room to take part in creative and fun activities; stay for ten minutes or an hour – it’s up to you! Taking inspiration from our current exhibitions and special one-off themes, families are invited to take part in drawing and making activities. Victoria can also help you complete our free activity sheets. Aprons available but activities won’t be very messy.

Family Takeovers are particularly suitable for children aged 4-12 years. Materials are provided free of charge, but donations are welcome.

FREE – DROP IN 11AM-2PM (NO NEED TO BOOK)

Autumn dates; 22 Sep, 6 & 20 Oct, 3 & 17 Nov, 1 & 15 Dec
